Todd Sabin

Todd Sabin, President

Todd Sabin is a commercial real estate broker and investor in Naples for nearly 20 years where he has earned over 8 Power Broker awards in SWFL. He has closed over 1,000 transactions worth over $350 million giving him an in-depth knowledge of the industry. A Naples resident since 2005, Mr. Sabin is originally from Michigan with a degree from Western Michigan University. He is involved in many business associations in Collier county including Leadership Collier (class of 2008) and involved in the local soccer community as a past club coach and Boys varsity coach at Community School of Naples.

Sean Murphy, Vice President

Sean P. Murphy works with Phelps Dunbar, LLP. He previously served as a partner with Duane Morris LLP and as an officer of several commercial real estate investment businesses. A Naples resident since 2019, Sean is originally from N. Palm Beach, Florida. He holds a BS from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University where he also earned a Master’s in real estate finance and development and a law degree. He has advocated on housing issues through his association with Catholic Charities and through his previous service on the board of the Teresian House, a seniors housing community in New York that is operated by The Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm.

Keri Looker, Secretary

Keri Looker serves as the Director of Marketing and a valued member of the Leadership Team at RWA, Inc., a locally founded civil engineering firm. Keri is a proud graduate of Barron Collier High School and has deep roots in Naples, having been a resident for over 30 years. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Marketing from the University of North Florida, where she was a member of the Women’s Basketball Team, and later obtained her MBA at Florida Gulf Coast University. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Keri has established herself as a seasoned professional in marketing and business management within the civil engineering and land development sector. Keri is actively engaged in various professional organizations, including ULI Southwest Florida, REIS, CBIA, and the Collier County Community Land Trust. Beyond her professional endeavors, Keri dedicates a significant portion of her time to coaching as the Head Girls’ Basketball Coach at Golden Gate High School.

Mary Jo Diegel

WT Pearson, Treasurer

W.T., short for William Thomas, is a lifelong resident of Naples. He attended high school at the Community School of Naples and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado with a focus in Business Management and Real Estate.

W.T. began his career in commercial real estate with Premier Commercial in 2012 and from 2017-2023 ran his own commercial real estate brokerage, Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC. In September of 2023, W.T. returned to Premier Commercial as a partner with Andy DeSalvo and Matt Stepan. W.T. is actively pursuing the CCIM designation and expects to be pinned in the fall of 2024.

W.T. is very active in the Southwest Florida community. He has a passion for giving back to the area where he grew up, as well as helping others to find ways to get involved to build a stronger community and economy. W.T. has specifically focused on the Leadership Collier Foundation of the Greater Naples Chamber (LCF). He is a graduate of the Leadership Collier class of 2024 and the Associate Leadership Collier (ALC) class of 2018, Vice Chair of the ALC class of 2021, and Chair of the ALC class of 2022. He has served on the ALC Selection Committee, co-chairs the LCF “Explore Collier” committee, serves as a Youth Leadership Collier Mentor, and serves as Chair of the LCF Alumni Association’s Matching Needs Committee, which works to connect LCF alumni to community leadership roles.

W.T. is a recipient of the 40 under 40 award for Gulfshore Business (2022) and Business Observer (2017). He has served in leadership roles for a number of local organizations including the Collier County Community Land Trust, Empowerment Farm, Habitat for Humanity Next Gen, Relay for Life of Collier County, Greater Naples Chamber Classic, the Greater Naples Chamber Public Policy Committee, and the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group Steering Committee. He has also served as a student mentor with both Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) and Champions For Learning, and has guest lectured on commercial leasing at FGCU.

Outside of his work, W.T. has a passion for the outdoors. When he is not brokering commercial real estate transactions or serving in community leadership roles, he can be found with his wife, Amanda, exploring the vast public land system in Collier County or many miles offshore freediving.

Stephen Hruby

Stephen Hruby

Stephen J. Hruby is a founding partner of Architects Unlimited, a 41-year old architectural, urban design and town-planning firm. He is nationally recognized for his work with affordable housing, mixed income communities and community revitalization. His work has received awards and acknowledgement for contributions to the community.

Mr. Hruby is active in community and professional affairs in Naples Florida, where he has resided for the past 26 years. He is Chairman of the Collier County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and The Housing Alliance he also serves on the board of directors of the Collier County Community Land Trust. He is the chairman of the Design Review Board of the City of Naples. He served on the board of directors of the Naples Zoo. He presently serves on the board of directors for AIA Florida Southwest and has served on the board of directors of AIA Florida. He is currently the Chairman Elect of the Florida Foundation for Architecture. Both AIA Florida and AIA Florida Southwest have awarded him the designation of Citizen Architect in recognition of his community service. He is the recipient of the W.R. Frissell Medal of Honor, AIA Florida Southwest’s highest honor. He is also the recipient of the 2022 Sam Noe Award for his community service to the City of Naples.

Mr. Hruby holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Architecture and Urban Design from Washington University. He is a member of AIA, ULI and USGBC. He is a registered architect in numerous states and is a LEED AP BD+C
